House Issue

Hi. So I was mining a while back, and I stumbled upon a HUGE cave with a zombie spawner!
I dug out the area and made an underground house there, with a Nether Portal and everything.
However, I wanted to make an aboveground house, but if I set that as my home, I will lose everything underground.
Also, the underground cave is below an ocean, so I can't build on top of it.
Suggestions on what to do?

they dont have to be "/sethome 2" "/sethome 3" you can name them. Ex. "/sethome spawner" "/sethome house"

If I did that, would I just type /home spawner?
